Opt In to SMS Messages
Opt Out of SMS Messages
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any message from our number (888) 594-0766
- Email us at [email protected] with your phone number and a request to unsubscribe
- Contact us through our contact page
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

By opting in to Craft Design Group's SMS service, you agree to the following terms:
- Service: You will receive automated SMS responses from our assistant service when you text our number. This is a conversational service — messages are sent in response to your texts.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage. You control how often you receive messages by how often you text us.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Craft Design Group does not charge for the SMS service itself.
- Carriers: Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Privacy: Your phone number and message content are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
